Monica
Proprietor Monica Brown has been passionate about wine for many years. She established Cellar XV in 2002 with a vision for offering a unique, comfortable and affordable wine store which caters to customers' needs by offering great, well priced wine selections and outstanding service. Monica is a graduate of Kansas State University's Restaurant and Hotel Management program and has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years. She works closely with Zagat-rated area restaurants to provide tastings and dinners centered on delicious culinary menus and high-quality wine experiences. Monica is active in the community and dedicates much of her time and energy to key non-profit organizations such as ROAR (Ridgefield Operation For Animal Rescue) and the Ridgefield Farmer's Market, which she co-founded in 2008.
